I am using photoshop 7 and had just created some bubbles following a tutorial on the developing webs web site. The bubbles worked great and I have several bubble layers, but I want to resize them. I have gone to Layer, Layer Style but the scaling effects is grayed out? Could someone give me a tip?

I’m getting broken links at developing webs—
if you post the URL you’re working from
I can try to figure it out.
