Hi, I know I can fade to white by manually using the white airbrush or eraser with varied flow controls, but is there a way to do it in a uniform ‘all in one go’ way. E.g. select area to be faded, then action it? —
Thanks,
Me

I don’t know why people like you even bother replying. What a waste of bandwidth. Obviously I’ve already tried those simple obvious places, but cannot find the SPECIFIC answer to my question.

If you have nothing helpful to say (as if I haven’t heard of ‘google’) then please don’t reply.

I guess that’ll be the end of this thread then!

Thanks,
Me

If you want a 1 button solution then record your actions. Or, go to http://tinyurl.com/8ymgn instead of "google" and search for whatever you want to learn.

Hey buddy this was your question:-

‘Hi, I know I can fade to white by manually using the white airbrush or eraser with varied flow controls, but is there a way to do it in a uniform
‘all in one go’ way. E.g. select area to be faded, then action it?’

Right, you didnt mention anything about gradients or feathering did you? So I pointed you in that direction. Sorry if I offended you by trying to help you, maybe I shouldn’t have wasted my time and my bandwidth.

Possibly you could have elaborted on exactly what you don’t understand about

fethering – Soften the edge of a selection

or Applying a gradient fill

or are we supposed to write a book here just so you can find the bit YOU NEED?

Does that really look helpful & friendly to anyone? Sorry, not going to waste any more bandwidth on explaining why.
