Re-install the application. If this doesn’t work then therea re 2 possible problems:

a- your copy of the software is damaged (hopefully you actually purchased one and didn’t downloads a hack), call adobe and request a second disc

b- your computer is victim of viruses, spyware, trojans and all sort of other goodies.. reformat the system and make sure you install norton security and AV.
