Not viewable to the public but to answer your question your only option is the clone tool, take a sample and clone it over the wire, tedious but it works in many cases but not all.

Do a search for Fourier Transform and read about how to use it, it’s a PS plugin/filter that has some success in removing certain geometric interference/patterns from images.

You will get an option to select and delete, but you won’t get a command line in there!!!
