Hello

I have a problem with Photoshop cs2. When I save a file as a jpeg, using "save as" I can no longer load it. It says unknown file type, and when you look at its properties it is also says "unknown file type or extension" I can no longer use Photoshop because of this, can anyone help? But I can save the file as a jpeg if I go back and resave it as a TIF but it will then ask me if I would like to replace the existing file? If I press yes it will load as a jpeg and the TIF is no where to be seen. I have just installed Photoshop on a copy of Windows XP media Edition.

Cheers luuk

Are you using TweakUI/Power tools?
Also, Media Edition is not on the supported OS list…could be for a reason.

You have to specify the format if is jpeg or tiff?
