It appears that a file was corrupt when transferring from my lap top to an external hard drive and then to my PC. A blue screen appeared and it mentions disabling my bios memory which it is disable… it appears that the cache is creating this problem. I cant copy my files to recover them… can I eliminate the cache and xmp files to try and recover my files?
