Hi all – Just wanted to follow up this question I posed earlier with a kind of solution, should anyone be searching for this in the future.
It seems that CS2 has added the ability to click and select multiple layers at once, so if I select a load of text layers, I can then change all of their charactistics (pun intended) at once. I’m not sure if this works with the presets, but it’ll still save a bunch of time even if the individual properties have to be changed separately. Nice!
Of course, I’m still on CS. Doh! But this alone has made the cost of the upgrade worth it 🙂
