Pshop CS Error Message: "..failed to start, because IJL15.DLL.."

I suddenly started receiving this message when CS starts. I have the latest version. the actual message says:
"this application failed to start because IJL15.dll was not found." Re-installing the application may fix the problem.
I found a file on the internet and placed in in the system32 directory, but this didnt help. Any suggestions?

that’s incredibly dangerous given today’s environment of spyware and viruses and trojans! don’t load anything into your system from the internet unless specifically told to do so by a legitimate manufacturer of something you own! guessing about it is like playing russian roulette with you valuable data! and even if it’s not spyware or worse, the chances of you loading an old or incorrect version of a dll that will cause problems with apps you have that are expecting a specific version, is quite high.

ok, so much for the sermon! 🙂 it’s an intel jpg compression dll. it’s likely installed with a plugin you own. google suggests possibly canon cameras. remove the one you copied to system32 from the internet and reinstall the plugin that contained the dll.
