How to add an image background under a image?

Hey there

I’m new at using photoshop (7.0.1) and I was wondering how you add a image background under a previously cut image, which was on a transparent layer? Hope someone can help!

Add the new background layer (Paste in or drag from another document) and drag it to the bottom in the Layers palette. You can make it a real Background by choosing Layer>New>Background from Layer.
