I’ve not found any info on this, so maybe it can’t be done. I shoot about 600 shots at a wedding, I’ve been able to figure out how to batch crop them to 4×5(saves alot of time).

My problem is trying to print them with photoshop CS.
I usually click each box while in picture package to bring each photo in one at a time then print the 4 of them. This takes alot of time.

I’ve not been able to come up with a batch process that works.

Any ideas? or Help?

Thanks

Have you looked at the Contact Sheet (under file -> Automate)

There may also be utilities out there to automate this task

Yes you can batch print 4 X 5 images by using the Contact sheet option, for this Click File > Automate > Contact Sheet II
This will open up Contact Sheet Dialog, in which select ‘Folder’ from the use drop down in the source image section and browse to the image location.
Select 2 and 2 for the rows and columns in the Thumbnail section for 4 pics per sheet. you may need to check the "Rotate to fit check box" on clicking OK, it will create image sheet with four pics on single page you difined. Then you can record action to save and print the adjusted files.

Thanks
