Imageready Version 9.0 fails to execute droplets with "Unable to communicate with Imageready. Code 4080."

Photoshop Version 9.1 fails to excecute droplets without an error message.

(Yes, I tried the registry fix posted earlier. My problem is something else.)

I do dearly need droplets! Please help us out.
