Start at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/index.html and search on plugins and if this is your lucky day something like this might jump right up and smack you between the eyes

Request the (CS2) SDK via
http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/photoshop/devcent er.html

The SDK can be found on the Photoshop CD-ROM, version 6.0 or earlier.

If you’re looking for sample code, GPL’d source for around 20 plugins is available from my site, http://telegraphics.com.au/sw/

thanks, rhamin
