How do I get a nice black line around my pic’s.

OPEN YOUR PICTURE, Select all crtl>A then Alt>E>A or Menu; Edit scroll down to stroke. Your stroke dialogue box will come up decide how wide you want your "stroke" to be and whethe you want it inside,center or outside and hit enter more than likely I’d Create a new layer and put the stroke on the new layer.
