branding software and i can update the titlebar icons. i’ve been playing around with this, but haven’t been successful as of yet. i understand creating icons is different from creating regular .gifs. anyone know if there is a way to create an icon (32x32gif) via photoshop? thanks in advance…

thx for the info. looks like i can only create .ico files from the plugin. unfortunately i can only use .gifs in the software (for the branding). i used .gifs (32×32), but they don’t work, appear jagged and fuzzy. i think there is a way to create an icon image, but saved as .gif, any idea about that?

Er, well Yes, that’s what it is designed for and what you were apparently asking for…

The visual quality of a .gif file will be influenced by the fact that it only supports 256 colours max. Consequently anti-aliasing will be less effective than on 24-bit images. Are you creating .gifs with transparency?
