Hi, I’m having real problems with the help system. When I try to access help I get the missing shortcut window which asks for the location of ahc.exe. Now I’ve uninstalled everything then reinstalled but that still didn’t fix it. I’ve also done a search for that exe and it’s nowhere to be found on my pc. Now the wierd thing is this all worked when I first installed everything but just suddenly stopped and I cant seem to get it going again.
I also found the help centers install file (.msi) on the first cd and tried installing that again but it wouldn’t reinstall as it said there was a newer version already installed. And it definately isn’t becuase in the program files/adobe directory there is no help center sub directory
Any advice folks ?
