Hi all! When I try to add text to an image, I click on the text tool, set the font parameters, then type the text. When I need to drop down to the next line of text, I hit the "Enter" button like I always have, only now, instead of dropping down to the next line, the cursor drops down 8 or 9 lines. The only way to get another line of text beneath the first line, is to create a new layer and type the text into the second layer, then move it below the first line. Is there some way to have the cursor drop down to the next line? I used to be able to do this, so obviously something has changed, but I can’t figure out what.
Thanks in advance to any suggestions that you may have.

1) Check the leading in the character pallette, is it set to auto? (top right box)
2) Try resetting the type tool (right pointing triangle in character pallete)
3) Delete the "prefs" file as per the help instructions.
