PS has no more specific requirements than any other app. Speedy CPU and drive are as important if not more so. Just Google "graphic card comparison."

Large disks because you will accumulate globs and globs of large photo files. Running Photoshop itself requires large RAM and fast CPUs.

No need for 3D rendition unless you are also a gamer, no need for for a huge amount of video memory either as PS only uses the video card purely to display the page, all image processing is done by the CPU. The facility to run two monitors would be an advantage.
