Check out http://av.adobe.com/russellbrown/BrandingSM.mov a quicktime movie tutorial which automatically (action]
inserts a "copyright" image of your choice irrespective of image orientation.

GTH, personally, I just use a text layer with reduced opacity on mine, threatening fatwah’s, plagues of boils, etc., to anyone who tries to "steal" the image. Doesn’t always work. ;(
