I am learning to use the Pen Tool in CS2. Can somebody tell me how to get rid of the color inside? As I create points it fills in with a color so
when I want to go back and set the curves I can’t what’s underneath.

Thanks

From John Joslin:

Make sure you have the correct setting on the pen tool; you’re currently on "shape layers", you want to be on "paths"

….that and have the far right option in the options bar chosen (the one the displays "Exclude overlapping path areas" when you hover your cursor over it).

That is if you expect to be able to draw a circle within a circle and have the path make a selection or act as a clipping path that looks like a doughnut.

PS: shouldn’t it be "Pent Ool"?
