My project is taking many of my old records and converting to CD. The task here is to put the track listings on a photo of the original record jacket. I’ve used Word to create the text in the correct format, and can copy/paste this as a new layer onto the original photo (I can only do this in my Mac version…. the PC version also pastes the white background of the text).
The problem is that the text is black and I’d like to change it to a lighter color that’s used on the album cover. The cover is dark, so I’d like to change the black text in this layer to a color I can pick from a light color on the photo already.
Is there a way to change this black text layer to the color I’ve selected??
(I’m using version 7 and am not an expert in photoshop at all!! Have access to both Mac and PC)
Thanks for any help.
