The last 2 weeks I have been experiencing crash-down problems with my Adobe Photoshop CS. Photoshop contionusly shut down after max. 5-10 minutes of working. I have tried a lot of different solutions but nothing worked
I then became aware of the fact, that this problem has started after I installed my Intous pen tablet ver. 3.
I then disconnected the Pen tablet and instead used an ordinary USB-mouse for 2 days, without any problems in PhotoShop.

Is this a known issue for you, and do you have any suggestions for a solution to this problem?

Working platform is windows XP servicepack 2.

I have the same tablet and no problems with CS. Do you have it set up properly in the Wacom Control Panel? Maybe look on the Wacom site for an updated driver.

Look at the Wacom Control Panel. Do you have the correct Pen selected, etc.? One tip, don’t specify Photoshop as one of the Applications in that pane; just select All.

Other than that, can’t say. Like I said, I have an Intuous 3, almost the same computer specs, and it works perfectly with CS.

Works fine here. What USB port do you have it plugged in to? My computer insisted that I connect my Intuos 3 to the USB port on the back of the computer rather than a perpheral one. Just a thought.
