comparison of 2 images

Hi i’m searching a plug in, or a filter that compare 2 identical images, but colored in different ways and give the result of the color variance.
for example i could have the "original" image and the same image but that look a bit more "blue" i could like something that says me how much blue is.
of course the problem is a little more complex, normally i work on images that have dynamic variances, so for example cyans are a lil more yellow, but greens are only a bit more darken than original, does someone have an idea?

atm i’ve working on a series of hue saturation filters, i try to applly them to the original image and i try to obtain the colors of the second image, so i can see how much variance has the second one, but this is the longest way i can imagine…..

Have you tried using Photoshop’s "Match Colour" control? You’ll find it under IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS
