What should I set size for printing CD Label? Not a label on a box, but on a disk (circle)?

Check with whoever will be printing the labels. Different companies have different templates and restrictions and declare larger or smaller areas to be non-printing areas.

Are you sure you want to stick a label on a CD? The CD reader on my laptop has absolutely no room for anything except the CD so labels are always removed before the CDs are loaded.
