I have win XP, RAM 256mb, not sure is this enough to run Adobe Photoshop CS2 V9?
Adobe RAM min requirements is "320MB (384MB recommended")

It is only just running XP! Also, have you got a "dedicated" video card or is it built into the motherboard? If the latter, you haven’t even got 256MB. How much memory does PS need? The answer is more.

I guess it depends on what you want to do with PhotoShop, but yes it will run, albeit, slowly.
I installed it on my entry level laptop in an attempt to show a co-worker some of the things you can do with PhotoShop.(he was planning on buying it, but wanted to see some of it’s features first hand.)
My laptop is one of those economy models, you know, those with a 14.1 inch monitor, 256 MB of shared RAM, a 2.3 GHZ Celeron processor, a 20 GB hard drive, etc.
So I installed it and ran it, and I was surprised that it worked as well as it did. Sure it was slow, but it did what I wanted it to do. I wouldn’t recommend it for doing any heavy work though, like opening a dozen photos, applying various filters to each one, doing some cloning touchup, etc.
If you were thinking of using it on your computer with only 256 MB of RAM, and using it as your main image editing software, I think it would lockup on you frequently, requiring numerous reboots.
