ACR update for PSCS(8) user

Some time ago Michael Reichman (Luminous Landscape) noted that there was an update to the ACR plugin for PSCS which could be downloaded from Adobe site. I am unable to find this anywhere. Can someone help?

Adobe stopped producing updates for CS1 when CS2 was released, so I wouldn’t expect any ACR updates for that version.

If you need to open files from a camera which your version does not support, download the free DNG converter.

Or you can use Adobe LightRoom. Its damn cool, very easy to use and its for free!!!. Check this out athttp://labs.adobe.com/technologies/lightroom/

The last update was ACR 2.4 (3.4 is current for CS2) and is available off the regular downloads page.
