when i export a layer comp as a file, it exports all the layers, with the layers not visible when i made the comp also not visible in the new file. but is there a way for the layer comp to just contain the visible layers? thanks

The script behaves properly (i.e., it should not delete hidden layers when saving to PSD). If you want to trash hidden layers, why not save to another format that doesn’t support layers (e.g., BMP, JPG)? You could also edit the script to support PNG. Or, I suppose you could also edit the script to add an option to remove hidden layers if you really want to save to PSD.

yea i need it to be in layers, basically im saving it in different states for a dvd menu, i have like 30 layers in my original file, and each layer comp only has about 5, so i dont want to have to delete a specific 25 each time. ok il try that, thanks
