Cannot download updates for Photoshop 7.0.1

when I try to download the updates from Adobe Online I get this message…

"File could not be downloaded.

<http://cgi…tform=0DLLVer=2.8.3.3AOMVer=2.8.3.3>

Your computer is not configured correctly for Adobe Online. Please check the TCP/IP and HTTP proxy/port settings in the Internet Control Panel.

I’m not really sure as to what I should do. Any help would be much appreciated, please just email any responses to my email

just a shot in the dark, but what the heck. Is your security set to accept cookies? Sometimes it has to be.

Well it’s not the security or cookie settings. I had them on full access the lowest settings possible and it still did not work.

What about new filters/content for Photoshop? Where can I get that since photoshop cannot update its self?

that’s also free. the reason, i’ve been told, is that it’s on a differnt domaing than the forums. the forums are adobeforums.com where the xchange is on adobe.com. nothing sinister going on there.
