I see the FAQ for Students who can use CS2 (or Photoshop) for paid/commercial work – does this also apply to an institution or registered charity that is eligible for the educational license?

Meaning, could a school set up a student business using the software?

If I remember correctly, you should be able to, but you may also have to provide proof and proper identification.

I suppose so. If a student can do commercial work, then a school could as well. The license restriction is based on eligibility to qualify. Most of the groups that do qualify would not be interested in setting up commercial businesses, or would be prohibitted for other regulations.

Best to contact Adobe direct and clarify.

End users in these forums would only be guessing.
