I installed Adobe CS2 on both my desktop and my laptop. The computers are about 2years apart in age, but both have LOTS of memory left.
After using Photoshop once or twice on my desktop, one day I opened it and I had no white in my color pallatte. It went from fushia to black and no where in between.
I have done just about everything I can think of apart from calling Adobe directly. I have adjusted my monitor gamma (which did nothing, all of my other Adobe CS2 programs are working perfectly), I have uninstalled and reinstalled just Photoshop and then the entire CS2 suite. I have attempted remote assist. I have changed color preferences. I am out of ideas.
I am in desperate need of help as I do not want to have to fire up my laptop everytime I want to use photoshop.
The version is 9.0.2
OS is XP Pro 2002
Computer is a no-name throw-together of the best components of the day AMD Atholon XP 2100+
1.73 GHz, 512 MB RAM
115 GB C:drive 88.7 GB Free space
not sure what else would be needed…if more is, tho, let me know and I’ll do my best to find it…
Thanks, in advance…Juli
