some lines don’t show up when stroking path

hey i just spent several hours drawing the outline of a train with the pen tool in great detail then when i tried to use the stroke path tool, some lines and part of lines are very light and thin and half of them don’t show up at all. ive checked out all the help files, faqs and stuff but i couldn’t find anything ;_; please help

Did you view it at 100%?

That is the only way to be sure that you are seeing the true pixels that will print.

Make sure the brush tip you’re using doesn’t have any other attributes active in the Brush Palette.

You just want a simple, hard, non-fading brush tip, with spacing set to 25% or less.

that doesn’t seem to be the problem. that wouldnt explain why certain strokes aren’t showing up at all.

It certainly could.

Have you unchecked all extra attributes from your brush tip shape?

Your Brush Palette should look like the following image:

and 1000 pixels really isn’t all that much, try a higher resolution
