To access online help for Photoshop CS, the program requires Internet Explorer or Netscape as the default browser. Is there any way to add to or change this list?

Yip you can…

Have a document open, choose ‘Save for the Web’ command.. Down on the bottom, lower right (just before ‘edit in ImageReady button) you should see your default browser icon, and next to it, is a drop down arrow comtaining your default browser list as well as ‘Other/Edit List’ options….

hope that helps
cheers
