after setup and open program potoshop it show message is

" An error has been detected with a required application library and the product cannot continue. please reinstal the application"

what is this?

It means what it says – something is wrong with the install and you need to reinstall to repair the files.

I think he means to copy the ENTIRE CD to the hard drive then run the install from the hard drive as he suggested.

If you have a DVD burner; you could also try burning the files onto a DVD after you copy from the CDs to your harddrive. In future installs you could use the DVD backup instead of going through all that hassle.
