When i add a stroke for example around a square, at 1px, it becomes blury, anyway i can get a perfect stroke around the object?

Select the object.

Edit > Stroke… choose your settings; click OK.

Other methods may give varying results, depending on settings.

well this is an example of that i mean

as you can see the stroke is abit blured, i want it to be a fine 1px white line on both sides, any idea anyone?

also, on this ss, when i make the box abit bigger, it blurs one side but other side has a fine line.

You’re examples look as if you have stroked a path with the paintbrush. Don’t. Use the pencil tool
