I am having the same sort of troubles with CS and XP but I have only been running XP for about 3 days now and have not yet removed the bad hard drive from my system.

well I’m not to blame XP : for 2 years no problems(yet) so i think it must be the blame for Adobe

Why blame Adobe when you don’t know WTF the user’s got in his setup? When he reinstalls, the problem goes away. Perhaps the PS reinstallation restores a DLL that was replaced by something THE USER installed. Like ImageMagic, perhaps? Some other brain-dead POS?

Sure. That way, you can directly blame MS when XP screws the pooch.
