Hi, here is my problem:

I’m running PS7 ans a couple of weeks ago my my "New" (document) window dissapeared. I know it’s still there, somewhere, because when I hit enter my new document shows up. The problem is that I can’t change any on the settings because I can’t see it. I can get around it by creating the new document as it is and then resizing it, but it’s a pain. And I’m courius to know how to fix this.

Thank you
Patricio

It’s probably off screen.

Thank you,

but reseting the preferences didn’t do anything. And yes, it is off screen, I just can’t bring it back, since I have my screen at max. res. I can’t make it smaller to see what’s out there. I’m not really sure if this is an Adobe problem but more of a Win problem. Anyway, I rather ask here first (I like adobe people much better than Win people).

Any other suggestions?
Than you.

Patrticio,

Are you sure the preferences are properly reset? How did you do it?

Thank you Rob,

I don’t think I reset them properly. i went to Preferences and the only place it had a reset button was the "Reset all warning Dialogs". I couldn’t find any other reseting buttons. I’d love to find the one needed to fix this problem. Remember that I’m in PS 7.0.

Thank you again
Patricio
