If you want simple"one click solutions" PS is not the program you should be using.
The simplest way to achieve a sepia effect in Photoshop is to create a Hue/Sat Adjustment Layer, click "colorize", then adjust the Hue slider down to around -30 and the Saturation slider to around -12.
Then create a Levels Adjustment Layer and boost the contrast a little. The beauty of this is the fact it is non destructive and it’s easy to adjust the tone and final effect by tweaking both adjustment layers. There is a nice episode of Photoshop TV that can be downloaded for free from the i tunes store, just search photoshop tv under podcasts. its episode 53 it has a nice tutorial on how to create sepia gradients and cooling gradients. check it out and don’t forget its a free podcast
