Hello folks,
i need to put specific colors on specific "slot" on the color table. For ex. i need to move all the red tones of a picutre to the last 10 slots of my color table. Anyone knows something about that?

– 48 MacBook Pro 16″ mockups

Before you do anything save your current swatches palette.

You can delete swatches by holding down Alt (Option on Mac) and clicking on each swatch (scissors icon) or you can use Edit>Preset Manager to select and delete a bunch or all of them at once.

Once you have a blank palette use the eyedropper to add colors to the swatches palette. Hit the area of the pic you want the color of then click in the Swatches palette. You get a paint bucket which adds a swatch to the palette. If you want to move them around you can do that in the Preset Manager.

When you are satisfied with your palette save it from the flyout arrow on the palette or from the Preset Manager.

Preset Manager is an extremely useful tool for lots of things. —

This sounds like you’re doing indexed color work and need a particular color table.

See the "Custom" choice in the Photoshop indexed conversion dialog, or load a custom table in ImageReady.
