Even when I set the scratch disk to "c", it gives me this message that "scratch disk is full", what can be done to solve it?

To solve it, free up more disk space or if you have a second HD, designate the second HD as the scratch volume (provided it has more space on it). The first thing one should do is clean out the temp directory on your system.

Photoshop uses a temp file strategy extensively. The more you open up, edit, etc. the larger the file gets. When photoshop closes, it deletes it. That message is telling you that photohshop can not process whatever request because it has run out of room for the temp file.
