that the thing the splash screen doesnt show, it crashes before that comes up 🙁

In that case: you have a bad install, a very corrupt system install, or some kind of virus.

worked fine for 2 months with no problems :(, and i have scanned my computer and i dont have any viruses, spy ware or anything, tha computer i have it own is custom built so its not that 🙁

That says nothing about the present. (My exploded TV worked perfectly during the 1980’s).

Have you tried the suggestion YrbkMgr made in post 1? I’d say too, that must be it.

yes ive tryed that, today i had someone i know that uses Photoshop 7 to come over and he installed it for me and it worked fine, then we uninstalled 7 and reinstalled CS2 and it still crashes 🙁
