I am working on an ad for a friend. I need to shape pictures to her logo. I have tried everything I know to do in Photoshop. I have even tried to do it in Illustrator with no luck. Can ANYONE help me please. I’m very frustrated.

Thanks so much,
Molly

Any chance of showing us the logo?

Without that we’re just guessing.

If you don’t have a link to it, you could post it on Pixentral.com and copy/paste the HTML here

Assuming the logo is a simply shape:

In illustrator place the image, put the logo above it (if it’s more than one shape, make sure you set it to be a compound path) then make a clipping mask of it

In Photoshop: Place the image above the logo, and alt-click in-between the layers to group them.

Here is the logo. I want to put the pictures in the body of the horse.

I have tried cutting it out but when I drag it to my pictures it’s solid.

Thanks for your answers.

Change your image mode to RGB.

Make a selection corresponding to the area you want the picture in.

Use "Edit > Paste Into" having copied the image to the clipboard.

Rough example:
