Well before when i go to save a file the place were i saved a file to last came up automatically. Now all of a sudden when ever i need to save a file my ‘Temp’ folder always comes up and it gets hard to save all the pictures into the right folder as i have to keep clicking the folders to get in it.

Is there anyway round this?

Cheers

Are these file you have opened FROM the Temp folder – which will happen for example if you open an e-mail attachment directly into Photoshop?

By default, Photoshop will save back to the location it was opened from, except in the case of using Save for Web when it will default to the last folder saved to.

Nope.

I drag the pictures form the internet, than save them to a folder

As Len says, when you initiate a "Save" it should default to the folder you opened the file from.

If it’s not doing so, maybe resetting the Preferences file (as detailed in the FAQs) will help.

<facetious> … or install the "Ignore Copyright" plug-in. </facetious>

Well, in this case that would mean it’s going to be saved back to "the internet", if I’ve read #2 correct.
