Hello,
I store all my photos on an external hard drive. I recently moved the hard drive from being connected directly to my PC and now it is accessed via a wireless router. I am able to access the drive, open photos, copy photos from folders on my PC to the hard drive. However, I cannot save edited photos directly to the external hard drive from Photoshop. I get the following error:
Could not save as <drive name\filename> because of a disk error.
Ive tried to search for similar errors but havent found anything.
Im using Photoshop Version 8.0
Platform:
P4 3.2GHz
1GB DDR Ram
GEForce FX 5700 Ultra 128MB video card
1024 x 768 (60Hz)
Any suggestions on what may be causing this error? Thank you.
