I can’t seem to understand where the timing of each image is coming from. It appears to be 5 seconds. Anyone know where I can change this to say 10 seconds?

I Searched the knowledgebase for "Photoshop" gallery delay which sends me to < http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/?p=2&xml=phs8swipe&amp ;id=422> telling me absolutly nothing about gallery delay.

Search the help menu for gallery delay and give me nothing.

The I try "Photoshop" web gallery timing and get sent to a PDF Engineering and Architectural Workflows for Photoshop CS2

Other then talking about Flash, no help. So, if you could be so kind as to point me in the right direction or just answer the question?

Chris indicated that you would get a better chance of an answer if you gave a little more information about what you are trying to do and how you are going about it.

OK, maybe I did not explain. When I have PhotoShop CS make a Web Gallery, (Slide Show) it seems to display the pictures about 5 seconds before cycling to the next. I can’t seem to find where the 5 second command is coming from so I can make it 2 seconds or 10 seconds.

Daniel,

Unfortunately, changing the time value is as easy as adjusting a setting.

The value is embedded in the code created when the gallery is produced.

If you go to the destination folder, you’ll see a file called ThumbnailFrame.htm – edit this file in a text editor, and modify the code for the AutoAdvance function:

function startAutoAdvance() {
//1000 = 1 sec, 5000 = 5 secs, adjust as desired
var delay = 5000;

change the third line to the number of seconds (times 1000) you want to use.

Hope this helps.

Yes, thank you.

Sorry if I came across as "bitchy".

That’s the one file I did not think to look at. I was in the .js file and main table file.

Thank you!

Dan
