You can’t.
The cursor automatically changes color to give high contrast over all color images.
Oh right Chris…thanks for the response… but my cursor, when using the healing brush seems to remain a sort of grey/khaki colour and disappears when I work over grey..very frustrating but that’s life I suppose.

What version of Photoshop are you using?
We only managed to work around some of the Windows display limitations in CS2.

The cursor in CS2 is a much friendlier beast than the one in PS7. It changes colour so as to contrast well with the underlying image.
Well worth the upgrade price. IMO
Well the upgrade is certainly worth it for a host of reasons but not just for the cursor behaviour!
