Hi – I tried dialing into tech support and gave up after the long hold.

My problem is that I started out with PS 4.0 – the cd was lost or destroyed. I’m trying to load PS 5 on a new computer. During the installation, I am asked for the PS 4.0 disk. Since I don’t have it – any ideas how to make the install work?

you need to call adobe. hold on they’ll get to you. you’ll need to verify you own the product (vers. 4). hope you registered it.
