I have an older version of Photoshop LE and installed it on my new computer(my old one crashed).

I cannot open it because it says I do not have enough RAM.

It looks like it needs a bigger number than 2(GIG)(like 128 or 256)

Can I get around this?

No it needs *less* RAM. Early versions could not address more than 512Mb of RAM and won’t work if you have more.
