I want install Photoshop, just not sure what version better to select(win xp home), Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or Adobe Photoshop CS. Adobe Photoshop 7.0 have more friendly system requirements:
280 MB – Required Disk Space (PC)
128 MB (Recommended: 192 MB) – Required Memory (PC)
whereas Adobe Photoshop CS require 320MB of RAM (384MB recommended) and
650MB of available hard-disk space.
As to functionality, it looks, Photoshop CS have no very important advantages against Photoshop 7.0? Basically, CS provides the same functionality, but use a much more system resources.
