P hotoShop wont print

My epson RX500 will print from Paintshop or anything else but when I try from P/shop it just goes in the spool queue and I get Not responding in the task manager.P/shop will import from this machine alright .Any help appreciated I have P4 3G/HZ and 1G/byte of RAM
