Font stuck on 4.75 ??? i cant change it

Hi,

I started to use PS CS2 today and the font is stuck on 4.75 every time I try to change it I get this error

"A value between 0.00 pixels and 4.75 pixels is required, Closest value inserted"

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

sorry just to add i tryed to reset the tools. that didn’t work.

Check the resolution of the image. I bet it is one or something odd. (Images>Image Size).
