I had to reinstall Adobe Photo Deluxe 1.x and a message came up SAYING : The program you are trying to run has a plug-in to correct known issues with this version of windows. You should install the EPS PARSER PLUG IN FOR ADOBE PHOTE DELUXE 1.x to insure proper operation with this version of windows.
I have windows xp professional on my computer.

* I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO OR HOW TO INSTALL THIS PLUG-IN , COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS VERY MUCH.

That software is way obsolete. Try downloading the plugin here. You should be able to install it by double-clicking on the installer or setup that downloads.

No e-mail reply. That defeats the purpose of the forum.

This particular forum is meant to focus on the full versions of Photoshop.

Windows XP is rather new.

PhotoDeluxe is almost as old as dirt. So old, that there’s no longer even a dedicated forum for User-to-User support here on the Adobe website. Somebody might be along to answer your question, but it’s quite possible that there isn’t a solution, given the disparate ages of OS and Software.

Seriously? The best advice would be for you to ditch PhotoDeluxe and buy Photoshop Elements. That way, if you have questions there will be people around here who will be able to answer your questions.

But, if you MUST use PhotoDeluxe, check the following link: < http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=3 6&platform=Windows>

PhotoDeluxe 1.0 is about 10 years old, and written for Windows 95 (and may or may not work on NT 4). It predates WIn98, Win2000, and WIndows XP.
